Children of the Mountain is committed to supporting the community of Tandrang develop the infrastructure and skills to provide long term sustainable alternative sources of income and establish educational facilities to ensure no child in Tandrang is left behind or excluded due to their poverty.

We will do this by:

• Supporting poorer children to participate fully in the education process
• Providing adequate education aids and teacher support
• Supplying pupils with uniforms, books and the basic equipment to excel in their studies
• Building and maintaining school structures
• Sponsoring talented pupils to continue to further education
• Addressing the wider community's health, water and sanitation need

Our three core principals are:

• Carefully researched and long term sustainable projects
• Full visibility on and 100% allocation of funds raised to the projects
• The involvement of the community on Tandrang in the decision making process
